  1. Tell us what is scattered. Share a description and approximate file count, not confidential documents in the inquiry form.
  2. Approve the scope. We agree on the 50-item limit, suitable formats, backup location, delivery date and invoice before work starts. Large, scanned or complex documents may need a separate quote.
  3. We organize the workspace. Only authorized materials are used. Original files are preserved; no public publishing or AI processing of your documents is included.
  4. Try it yourself. We test links, open the vault with you through written instructions, check a sample restore, and provide the walkthrough and one revision.

Acceptance goal: find five agreed important items in under a minute each during handoff. We check this with you; it is not a guaranteed business outcome.

The starter does not include team sharing or permissions, AI assistants, custom integrations, unlimited document cleanup, ongoing maintenance or continued updates to your notes.

Obsidian is free for commercial use. Optional Sync or other paid services are purchased by you only if you choose them. Automintly charges for setup and organization; we are an independent service, not affiliated with or endorsed by Obsidian. Check Obsidian pricing.
