Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
Automintly provides automation consulting and implementation services to businesses in the United States. “Automintly,” “we,” and “us” refer to the service provider identified as Automintly in the applicable proposal, order form, or service agreement.
Privacy questions or requests may be sent to automintly@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
- Inquiry information: your name, work email, response preference, requested written next step, current inquiry or task channels, current response process, and current outcome-tracking method are required for the written health check. Company name, business website, selected area of interest, and project type may also be provided.
- Communications: information you choose to provide by email, during a call, or while discussing a potential engagement.
- Basic website and security data: our hosting, content-delivery, and form-processing providers may process IP address, browser/device information, timestamps, pages requested, referring URL, security signals, and server logs as necessary to deliver and protect the site.
Please do not submit passwords, financial account numbers, health information, government identification numbers, or other sensitive information through the public inquiry form.
3. How we use information
- Respond to an inquiry, schedule a call, and prepare a requested estimate or proposal.
- Provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and our services.
- Maintain business, accounting, security, and legal records.
- Send service-related communications and follow up on the request you submitted.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use information from the public inquiry form to train public artificial-intelligence models.
4. Service providers and disclosures
We disclose information only as reasonably necessary to providers supporting the site and our communications, or when required by law. Current website providers include:
- Cloudflare and Render: website delivery, hosting, performance, and security.
- Netlify: processing and delivery of the public inquiry form.
- Google Calendar: only if you choose the external appointment-booking link.
- Email providers: to receive and respond to your message.
External sites apply their own privacy practices after you follow a link. We may also disclose information to professional advisers, to comply with legal obligations, to protect rights and security, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
5. Analytics, cookies, Global Privacy Control, and Do Not Track
Optional website analytics are currently disabled. The site does not currently load advertising pixels or cross-site behavioral tracking. If optional analytics are enabled later, they are designed not to load until a visitor affirmatively allows them, and a consent control will appear.
Our consent control treats an enabled Global Privacy Control signal or browser Do Not Track value of “1” as a request not to activate optional analytics. Necessary hosting and security requests may still occur because they are needed to deliver the site. See our Cookie Policy for details.
6. Client data
If a client gives us access to its systems or customer information, the signed agreement controls that processing. We limit access to the agreed purpose and personnel. A separate business-associate agreement must be signed before Automintly receives protected health information. Do not send protected health information through this website.
7. Retention
We keep inquiry records only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention varies with the nature of the inquiry and whether it becomes a client engagement. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it where reasonably practicable. You may request deletion using the contact information below, subject to lawful exceptions.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information processed. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
9. Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to know about, access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information, and to limit or object to certain processing. You may also opt out of promotional email by using its unsubscribe method or contacting us.
Send a request to automintly@gmail.com with “Privacy request” in the subject. We may need to verify your identity. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights. Because we do not currently sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, no separate sale/share opt-out is currently needed.
10. Children
The site and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this site.
11. Changes
We may update this policy as the site, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be posted here before they take effect when required.
