Revenue Rescue
Capture missed demand and keep qualified opportunities moving toward a clear next step.
- Missed-call and lead recovery
- Quote and follow-up systems
- Dormant-customer reactivation
Automintly finds the manual work, broken handoffs, and revenue leaks slowing your business down. We build focused automation across customer service, sales, operations, finance, and reporting—then show you what every system is doing in one dashboard.
Start with a written Automation Health Check. No call is required. If one workflow deserves a closer look, the next step is a fixed-price Revenue-Leak Snapshot.
Manual work doesn't just cost time — it caps how big you can grow.
An unanswered call can become a lost opportunity when the caller reaches another available business.
Information gets re-entered across systems by people who could be doing something else.
Deals and clients stall out because no one had the hours to reach back out in time.
Other tools automate isolated tasks. Automintly is designed to find where work or money is leaking, deploy the right focused system, keep consequential actions under human control, and separate estimates from evidence in one dashboard.
Capture missed demand and keep qualified opportunities moving toward a clear next step.
Help collect what is owed, catch avoidable spend, and preserve reviewable evidence before money moves.
Turn market, customer, sales, and campaign signals into reviewed decisions instead of another pile of reports.
See the fictional dashboard preview, or start with a written assessment of the workflow costing you the most.
When a technician or office team cannot answer, Automintly can keep the inquiry moving with an approved response, a visible follow-up queue, booking and escalation rules, and a complete outcome record.
Built as a focused industry solution—not the limit of what Automintly can automate.
A separate service from our automation work. We put the contract next to the invoice and find the difference. You pay 25% of what you actually get back — and nothing at all if we find nothing.
The invoiced rate quietly exceeding the rate you signed.
Fuel and environmental surcharges past the ceiling your contract sets.
Phone lines at a building you sold. Seats for people who left.
Credits you are owed. Most expire within 30 to 60 days.
No retainer, no hourly rate, no minimum. Send your five largest suppliers to start.

An AI voice workflow for agreed coverage hours that can answer, qualify, route, and book through compatible systems, with approved follow-up and escalation rules.
When your team misses a call, the caller automatically receives a useful follow-up text while your business is still top of mind. The conversation can answer approved questions, share your booking link, and alert staff when a person needs to step in.
Website chat, SMS, and WhatsApp agents that resolve routine questions instantly and hand off complex ones with full context.
Multi-party meeting coordination and resource or room booking that resolves conflicts and confirms details automatically.
Automated review requests, AI-drafted responses, and sentiment monitoring that protect your online reputation without daily manual effort.
The systems that bring work in and keep it.
Lead routing, pipeline hygiene, and quote-to-close workflows that keep deals moving without a rep chasing every step manually.
Content repurposing, behavior-triggered drip campaigns, and social scheduling that keep output consistent without a bigger team.
Automated onboarding sequences, check-in cadences, and renewal or upsell reminders that keep new customers engaged without manual follow-up.
Commission tracking, payout processing, and partner reporting that let a referral program run without becoming someone's part-time job.
Registration, reminder sequences, and post-event follow-up that turn an event into pipeline instead of a spreadsheet of names.
Order routing, inventory sync across channels, abandoned-cart recovery, and restock alerts — so a sale doesn't mean an afternoon of data entry.
The back-office work nobody should be doing by hand.
Invoicing, contracts, forms, and receipts — extracted, processed, and routed automatically instead of by hand.
Expense processing, invoice reconciliation, and cash-flow alerts that surface problems before your books close, not after.
Resume screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding checklists that run themselves, so hiring moves at the pace of your applicants.
Ticket triage, password resets, and access provisioning handled automatically, so your team isn't waiting on IT for routine requests.
Purchase order approvals, vendor onboarding, and contract renewal alerts so spend decisions stop living in someone's inbox.
Technician routing, job status updates, and mobile data capture that keep crews productive and customers informed.
Auto-updating SOPs, onboarding courseware, and internal search agents so institutional knowledge stops living in one person's head.
Audit trails, anomaly detection, and automated regulatory reporting for businesses that can't afford to catch a problem late.
Multi-language content pipelines that keep every market's materials current without duplicating the work each time.
A complete employee setup and time-tracking system that guides new hires through onboarding, then records clock-ins, clock-outs, breaks, hours, and attendance in one reliable view.
The infrastructure everything else runs on.
Live dashboards and scheduled reports that tell you what's happening in the business, without anyone building a spreadsheet.
Continuously organizes approved market, competitor, pricing, customer-feedback, and internal-performance evidence into a traceable brief built around your business.
For businesses with a plausible contracting fit, we screen official opportunities against verified capabilities and eligibility, then organize the evidence your team needs to make a bid decision.
Included add-on — $0 upfront search fee. Automintly clients pay no Contracting add-on fee unless a qualifying contract is awarded. Any success fee is offered only where legally permitted and agreed in writing before bid support begins; no percentage is currently quoted or approved. Dashboard access remains separate.

Clinics, salons, trades, auto shops, studios, and firms — anywhere customers call in and book your team's time. Call answering, scheduling, follow-up, and no-show reduction built around your booking system.
For businesses whose revenue depends on people in vehicles — trades, cleaning, landscaping, moving, mobile services. Routing, job costing, and customer updates that keep crews productive.
Law, accounting, consulting, insurance, and agencies. Intake screening, deadline tracking, document assembly, and client communication for businesses billing knowledge and time.
For businesses selling across channels or running several sites. Inventory sync, order routing, cross-location reporting, and customer service that scales without a headcount per location.

Automintly can scope the content, produce channel-ready creative, connect the campaign to your lead and sales path, and make the result visible in your dashboard. You can request content only, ads only, or the complete measured system.
Tell us what you sell, who it is for, and where the content will run. We will help choose the right concept, format, deliverables, and usage scope before production begins.
View the UGC & visual portfolio →Each campaign starts with multiple channel-native creative angles, a defined conversion event, and a measurement plan. Winning messages get expanded; weak ones get retired using evidence rather than guesswork.
Attribution is limited to connected sources and confirmed events. Unmatched sales remain unattributed instead of being presented as ad-driven results.
Inquire about measured ads →Each approved scope identifies the events, exceptions, and outcome evidence available from connected sources. Dashboard access and monitoring are priced separately unless your signed agreement includes them.
Performance-based pricing is available only for eligible engagements with an agreed attribution method, exclusions, and written terms.
Items processed and runs completed, per automation.
Error rates and failures surfaced, not buried.
Measured against the baseline set during your audit.
What the automation replaced, in dollars.
Our standard process starts with available evidence and a written scope.
We learn how the work happens today, identify the strongest automation opportunity, and define a clear scope before anything is built.
We implement the agreed first workflow, test it against written acceptance criteria, and review the available evidence before discussing expansion.
We monitor performance and keep tuning. Automation isn't set-and-forget, and neither are we.
The purpose behind the systems and automations we design.
The scope identifies what can be measured, which source records support it, and which limitations remain.
Your agreement states what is documented or exportable and identifies third-party platform or licensing limits.
We review the current workflow and agree on a focused first scope before implementation begins.
Available documentation, training, support, and client responsibilities are defined in the signed scope.
The written scope explains what will be built, how it will be reviewed, what it depends on, and which terms apply.
On eligible engagements, a signed agreement may tie fees to clearly defined results. Attribution rules, exclusions, timing, caps, and source evidence are agreed before work begins.
We begin with a tightly scoped automation tied to a measurable business outcome. You see exactly what it does, how it performs, and whether expanding the system makes financial sense.
Documentation, training, support, and export rights are listed in the signed scope, subject to the rules and technical limits of third-party providers.
Requested changes, added integrations, and out-of-scope provider costs are described and approved before Automintly bills for them.
Published prices are planning estimates. Compatibility, final scope, provider costs, taxes, and payment terms are confirmed in writing before purchase.
Before work starts, the signed scope states what the automation must do, how it will be reviewed, and what evidence supports acceptance.
The signed scope identifies client data, deliverables, documentation, and permitted exports. Third-party licenses and platform limits still apply.
Inherited a broken stack, or automations built by someone who left? We audit what exists, repair what's salvageable, rebuild what isn't, and document all of it.
Performance pricing is offered only on eligible engagements and is controlled by the signed terms. Website descriptions do not replace the agreement.
Choose the automations you need. The builder totals each one-time setup price and adds the right monthly dashboard plan for the combined scope.
| Pricing piece | How it works | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Automation setupOne time | Each selected automation has its own setup price. Your cart adds them together. | From $695 each |
| Essentials dashboardLower-complexity setup | Dashboard, setup guide, activity, health checks, Profit Meter, and Optimize. | $299/month |
| Growth dashboardSeveral or advanced automations | Expanded dashboard coverage for a larger connected automation system. | $599/month |
| Scale dashboardHigh-complexity system | Broader monitoring and controls for many connected workflows. | $999/month |
| Expanded dashboardLarge connected system | Account-wide controls for the broadest multi-automation scope. | $1,499/month |
| Client-specific usageVoice, AI, hosting, paid apps | The client owns and pays the required provider accounts directly. | Billed separately |
The builder provides an initial price based on the automations selected. Final compatibility checks happen before payment and activation. Unless a signed agreement specifically says otherwise, setup prices cover Automintly's approved implementation work and the monthly fee covers access to the Automintly dashboard and monitoring tools. If an active automation stops working as originally approved, Automintly will troubleshoot the Automintly-managed configuration at no additional service charge. New features, integrations, workflow changes, and problems caused by third-party providers or client-side changes may require a separate quote. The client is responsible for purchasing and maintaining all required third-party accounts and for all provider, licensing, phone-number, carrier, messaging, voice, AI, hosting, data-storage, payment-processing, tax, and usage-based charges. Additional work or fees outside the approved scope are quoted for client approval before they are incurred.
Tell us what is getting missed, delayed, or repeated. We will reply by email with an honest fit check and the most useful next step. If one workflow needs deeper analysis, the $249 Automation Revenue-Leak Snapshot maps the current path, identifies likely leaks and control gaps, and defines the recommended fix and success measures. If you approve the implementation described in that snapshot, its full $249 price is credited toward the setup.
Need a broader multi-workflow plan? The complete $795 Automation Opportunity Audit remains available. Implementation is always quoted separately.
